Education Affiliates: Driving Measurable Reputation Growth Across Multiple Brands

OVERVIEW

Education Affiliates (EA), a network of healthcare and skilled trades schools across the country, partnered with O&G to strengthen and standardize its online reputation management efforts across multiple brands, campuses and review platforms.

With online reviews playing an increasingly important role in prospective student decision-making, EA sought a more strategic and proactive approach to monitoring, responding to and improving campus-level online reputation metrics.

Through a combination of strategic counsel, engaging trainings, structured monitoring, reporting enhancements and increased campus involvement, O&G helped EA achieve significant gains in review volume, overall ratings, engagement and reputation score performance throughout 2025.

The Challenge

Education Affiliates manages more than 30 campuses nationwide, each with its own online presence, review activity and engagement challenges. Prior to O&G’s expanded reputation management efforts, campuses varied widely in review response consistency, review volume and understanding of how online reputation directly impacts brand visibility and perception.

In addition to increasing review volume and positive review sentiment across all campuses, EA aimed to:

  • Increase campus-level ownership of online reputation efforts
  • Improve consistency in review response management
  • Strengthen overall ratings and sentiment across platforms
  • Create a scalable process that could be implemented across all campuses and regions

The Strategy

O&G implemented a comprehensive reputation management strategy focused on consistency, accountability, education and proactive engagement.

Key initiatives included:

  • Recommending and onboarding of a new reputation management platform designed specifically for multi-location organizations
  • Ongoing monitoring across multiple review sites, including Google, Facebook, Niche, Indeed, Glassdoor and RateMyProfessor
  • Strategic response management, including escalation procedures for sensitive reviews
  • Reputation management trainings for campus representatives and leadership teams focused on:
    • Best practices for responding to reviews
    • Increasing review volume and sentiment
    • Leveraging Reputation.com tools and analytics
  • Development of campus-specific QR codes to streamline review generation efforts
  • Strategic amplification of positive reviews across social media channels to strengthen visibility and trust

The Results:

EA achieved measurable, systemwide improvements in online reputation performance throughout 2025, establishing a strong foundation for contributed growth and optimization in 2026.

Key Performance Highlights:

  • 60% year-over-year increase in total review volume
