A long‑standing golf course in Lake Worth Beach is set to become a new community, and GL Homes is leading the transformation.
The Palm Beach Post featured our #GoodClient GL Homes following county approval of its revised plans for the former Falls Country Club property.
The project, which had initially proposed six-story apartment buildings, now features four-story apartments after GL Homes agreed to reduce building heights in exchange for the use of a four-acre parcel originally set aside for county use. The approved plan includes 300 apartments, 500 single-family homes, on-site workforce housing, and dedicated community amenities.
GL Homes worked closely with surrounding neighborhoods to address community concerns about building height, traffic, and public land use. County officials praised the developer for balancing thoughtful planning with local needs.
The 168-acre site will be transformed from a shuttered golf course into a vibrant residential community with open space, lakes, and recreation areas for future residents.
