The Social Media Trend We’re Loving

One of the many things we’re passionate about here at O&G is a social media trend. So, naturally we had to participate in the “who does what around here” moment taking over your feed.

You’ve seen it: baby photos, bold text, and a whole lot of personality. We figured if there was ever a trend made for an agency, this was it.  And honestly? We’ve never felt more seen.

Who Actually Does What Around Here

Behind every pitch, every placement, and every perfectly curated Reel is a group of very real humans who were once very small humans with very questionable haircuts. See for yourself:

Why We Love This Trend (And Why It Works for PR)

PR is a business centered around relationships. A people-first business.

The baby photo trend is silly, yes. But it’s also a reminder that behind every agency is a team with history, quirks, and yes, adorable childhood photos they were slightly reluctant to share publicly.

We wouldn’t have it any other way.
