Longtime Florida luxury homebuilder GL Homes is making its debut in the City of Westlake with Silver Lake, a new 448-home community planned for nearly 120 acres in the southeastern part of the city.
The development will feature water on three sides, a 3,000-square-foot amenities center, and a mix of one- and two-story single-family homes on 40- and 50-foot lots.
Phase 1, which includes 294 homes, was unanimously approved by the Westlake City Council. Plans also call for a signature GL entry feature with stone columns, a waterfall motif, lush landscaping, and a contemporary guardhouse.
