FACE FOUNDRIÉ, an all-inclusive facial bar, will open in June with curated skincare treatments. Rowan, a nurse-led ear piercing and jewelry studio, will open in July offering a safe and stylish experience. lululemon plans a summer pop-up with high-performance apparel. Shake Shack will open a drive-thru location in 2026, serving its famous burgers, fries, and shakes.
