Kimco Realty is expanding Palms at Town & Country in Kendall with the addition of Barnes & Noble.
The 20,400-square-foot store will occupy the former Forever 21 space and feature a fresh design with books, games, vinyl, and a café. It’s expected to open in late 2025.
