As hurricane season rapidly approaches, South Florida’s coastal properties face heightened risks from storms predicted to be more intense than ever. It’s essential for property managers and homeowners’ associations (HOAs) to fortify their defenses now. 

Greg Batista, P.E. and CEO of G. Batista Engineering and Construction, recommends condo residents should protect themselves during this hurricane season.
