ORLANDO, Fla. — Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, has announced the promotion of Brock Fanning to Assistant Vice President of Toll Brothers’ Central Florida Division. The division also recently welcomed Jimmy Oriol as Project Manager of Fontana Estates and Joseph Wanner as Assistant Project Manager of Casabella at Windermere.
Fanning, who previously was Senior Project Manager for the company’s Central Florida communities, has more than 15 years of experience in private and public sector management and 10 years in construction. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Fanning was Capital Projects Manager for Charlotte County Government, where he directed more than $190 million in commercial projects. Fanning served as a Lieutenant and Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy for five years, earning the Navy Achievement Medal. Fanning earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University.
Oriol’s 14 years of experience provides him a strong foundation in project management and construction. He previously served as an Assistant Project Manager for Toll Brothers’ Southwest Florida Division, overseeing land approvals, site development, construction, and sales and marketing for multiple residential single-family and multi-family communities. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University in New Orleans.
Wanner joins Toll Brothers with experience from nine years in construction and 13 years in engineering and sales management. An Illinois native, Wanner previously was Outside Sales Engineer with Revere Electric Supply Company and Enclosed Modification Control Specialist at Westinghouse Electrical Distribution Center. He excels in analytical problem-solving, customer service, and managing day-to-day operations. Wanner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration and Marketing from North Central College in Illinois.
