On National Pancake Day, February 23, IHOP is offering South Floridians a chance to flip for a good cause with a free short stack of their signature buttermilk pancakes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. at participating IHOP restaurants in Miami-Dade, Broward & Monroe Counties. In return, guests are asked to donate what they would have paid for the free pancakes, or more, to the Children’s Miracle Network at Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Special guest Miss Florida USA 2010 Megan Clementi will be flipping pancakes and greeting guests at the IHOP at Sunset & 97th Avenue in Miami (9696 W Sunrise Drive) from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

IHOP plans to serve millions of free pancakes in celebration of National Pancake Day. Planned as a celebration of friends, family and community, IHOP hopes the program will raise $1.75 million for Children’s Miracle Network, an international non-profit organization that raises funds for children’s hospitals, and other worthy local causes.
