Toll Brothers Debuts New Carriage Collection in Coastal Oaks at Nocatee
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, has introduced its new Carriage Collection, the first single-level, attached homes to be built in Coastal Oaks at Nocatee.
Priced from the mid-$200,000s, Carriage Collection home designs are available in two options – the first floor San Michelle and the second floor Saint Martin.
The 1,600 square-foot San Michelle features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, great room, dining room, covered lanai, and interior access to a 2-car garage. The Saint Martin is a 1,738 square-foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bath home that includes an optional 3rd bedroom, foyer, optional elevator, garage access on the entry level and coffered ceilings in the master bedroom and great room.
In addition to gracious living in the Nocatee master planned community, the Carriage Collection offers numerous outstanding features at no additional cost, including gourmet kitchens with polished wood cabinetry, rich crown molding, custom granite countertops, stainless steel undermount sinks, and Kohler one-touch faucets. Carriage homes also feature well-appointed master baths with cultured marble countertops, raised vanities, and decorative wood mirror molding, as well as tankless water heaters and programmable digital thermostats.
Luxurious designer-decorated San Michelle and Saint Martin model homes will be open later this summer for prospective home buyers to tour. When complete, there will be a total of 24 Carriage Collection homes in six buildings.
