Toll Brothers Appoints Greg Netro Southeast Florida Division President
Boca Raton, Fla. — Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, has appointed Greg Netro President of its Southeast Florida division. Netro will oversee all management, development, sales and marketing operations for Toll Brothers’ South Florida communities.
Netro joined Toll Brothers in 2001 as an assistant construction manager and has worked for the company in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. He was promoted in 2007 to senior project manager, in 2011 to assistant vice president, in 2012 to vice president and was named president of the North Florida division in 2013.
Under Netro’s leadership, the North Florida division experienced significant growth and development. In 2013, the division exceeded its financial goals and experienced a substantial sales increase. Netro also led the division to one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the company.
In addition to his new role in South Florida, Netro will continue to lead Toll Brothers’ North Florida division.
In 2014, Netro was named a Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 honoree. He is passionate about contributing meaningfully to the lives of others and holds leadership roles in various charitable organizations, including Tiny Hope Children’s Home, Habitat for Humanity, Mission House and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Netro is a member of the Florida Builders Association and its Sales and Marketing Council.
Netro is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va., where he was the College of Business’ top financial student in 2000.
