September at the Morikami Offers Remarkable New Exhibit, Conclusion of Sushi & Stroll Summer Walk Series and Fascinating Workshops
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — The summer may be coming to a close, but things are heating up at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens! Museum guests will explore the intricacies of Japanese craft and design with the three-part exhibit Japanese Design for the Senses: Beauty, Form and Function. Visitors can also savor the last of South Florida’s summer nights with a breathtaking sunset stroll through the gardens accompanied by Pan-Asian cuisine, craft sake and taiko drumming at the final installation of Sushi & Stroll. Plus, guests can engage in various aspects of Japanese culture with unique workshops. See below for a full list of September events.
Sushi & Stroll Summer Walk Series
Day: Friday, September 12
Time: 5:30 – 8:30pm
Cost: $8 adults, $6 children (4-10) (museum members and children 3 and under FREE); $2 for taiko performance (optional). Reservations are not required.
