Post University Creates New Office of Institutional Research, Assessment and Effectiveness

Department Will Enhance Student Success and Learning Experience

WATERBURY, Conn. – Post University® Chief Executive Officer John L. Hopkins and President Donald W. Mroz, Ph.D., are pleased to announce the creation of a new Office of Institutional Research, Assessment and Effectiveness at the University.

Led by Zvi Goldman, Ph.D., who has been elevated to the newly created position of Vice President of Institutional Research, Assessment and Effectiveness, the Office will enhance the University’s focus on enrolling students who are ready to succeed and create exceptional learning environments that enable them to achieve both academic and career success.

“It’s a bold step for a university committed to creating exciting new futures on campus and online,” says CEO Hopkins, who embraces a customer-service approach to education. “We’re not your typical university. According to President Mroz, Post University takes that commitment and promise seriously, continuously reviewing and assessing its educational practices to ensure the school more than delivers on its mission.

Dr. Goldman, who will lead the new Office, has taught at Post University’s Malcolm Baldrige Graduate School of Business since 2009 and served as the Director of Assessment since 2014.In this position, he has been instrumental in the University’s growth and success.
According to Dr. Goldman, the mission of the new Office is to provide leadership and support that reinforces the University’s focus on student outcomes in order to increase student success.
