FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – This holiday season, give the gift of coal… an Anthony’s Coal Fired Gift Card that is, and give back at the same time.

Starting November 15, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza will again donate 10 percent of all holiday gift card sales to The Dan Marino Foundation in support of services for teens and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Last year, Anthony’s raised $43,700 for the Foundation during its annual holiday gift card donation program, significantly surpassing 2013’s $35,837 donation amount. Anthony’s, a big believer in giving back to the community, plans to surpass last year’s number and continue to raise awareness for this great cause.

“We are proud to once again support the great work my friends Dan and Claire are doing on behalf of the Foundation,” said Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza founder and CEO Anthony Bruno. “Our fans love sharing Anthony’s gift cards with their friends, family and coworkers, while giving back to such a worthy cause.”

NFL Hall of Fame legend Dan Marino is a partner in Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, the South Florida-based concept that uses authentic coal-burning ovens to create “well done pizza.”

From November 15 through December 31, customers who spend $100 – $999 in gift cards receive a bonus gift card valued at ten percent of their purchase. Customers who spend $1,000 or more receive a 20 percent bonus card. Gift cards are available for purchase and redeemable at any of Anthony’s locations and do not expire. They can also be purchased online at www.acfp.com.

Since the opening of the first Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in 2002, the brand has been lauded by fans and media for its great food and service. In 2015, Anthony’s was chosen Best Pizza, Best Wings and Best Meatballs for the second consecutive year in the Sun Sentinel/SouthFlorida.com Best of South Florida readers’ poll. In recognizing Anthony’s, the Sun Sentinel noted: “It’s all served with great attention to detail. They get it right.”

Anthony’s also has been chosen Best Pizza by the Miami Herald, Miami.com, Palm Beach Post and WFLA’s iHeart Tampa Bay. The Brand was featured in the New York Times, has received rave reviews from Newsday, and was declared “The Best Pizza Chain in America” by USA Today’s Great American Bites.
