Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza to Open Fourth Boston Area Location June 20 in Littleton
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, the South Florida-based concept that uses authentic old world, coal-burning ovens to create “well done” pizza, is continuing its Boston-area expansion with a restaurant in Littleton, Mass., set to open Monday, June 20. The restaurant is located at 201 Constitution Avenue, just off the Route 119 exit of I-495 across from the Courtyard Marriott Littleton.
This is the fourth Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza to open in the Boston area in the past year, following successful debuts in Westwood, Reading and Northborough.
“Bostonians sure know good pizza,” said Founder/CEO Anthony Bruno. “We’re very excited about our brand’s continued growth and look forward to bringing our Coal Fired specialties to our fans in Littleton.”
With a focus on fresh ingredients and authentic recipes, Anthony’s signature menu includes traditional and specialty pizzas with dough made daily and stretched to order; fresh coal-oven-roasted chicken wings; large homemade meatballs from a recipe passed down by Anthony’s grandmother; a classic Italian salad with original dressing; and Eggplant Marino (a favorite of NFL Hall of Fame legend and restaurant partner Dan Marino).
Hours of operation for the Northborough location will be 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. In addition to dining in, patrons can carry out by calling 978-486-4124. A full bar is available.
