Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza to Host Two Craft Beer Events
PHILADELPHIA — Something special is brewing at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza!
Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is teaming up with Susquehanna Brewing Co. for a Craft Beer Tasting Dinner on Tuesday, July 29 at 8 p.m. at Anthony’s in Wyomissing, located at 2733 Papermill Road. The dinner will feature Anthony’s “Well Done” pizza and Italian Soul Food paired with a variety of Susquehanna beers. A special guest from Susquehanna will host the event.
The Craft Beer Tasting Dinner menu will include: Shady Spot Lemon Shandy paired with Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato Salad and Anthony’s Classic Italian Salad; HopFive IPA paired with Coal Oven Roasted Chicken Wings and Eggplant Marino; Pils-Noir paired with Pork Ribs with Vinegar Peppers and Meatballs with Ricotta Cheese; and Goldencold Lager paired with Traditional Cheese, Cauliflower and Broccoli Rabe & Sausage “Well Done” Pizzas.
Cost is $30 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity). Guests must RSVP by calling the restaurant at (610) 816-5722.
Also, Anthony’s will host a “Perfect Pour” event with Samuel Adams on Thursday, July 24 at 6:30 p.m. at Anthony’s in Exton, located at 123 East Swedesford Road. Guests will compete against one another for the ideal beer pour. A Samuel Adams representative will rank the pours, with one grand prize winner being awarded for the “perfect beer.” Attendees will also enjoy $3 Samuel Adams Summer Ale drafts at the event.
