Experienced hospitality manager Eduardo Hernandez has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage for CIRC Hotel, a recently opened boutique hotel in Downtown Hollywood, which is managed by Trust Hospitality. Hernandez now oversees all food and beverage logistics for CIRC Hotel, its in-house restaurant Olivia Restaurant & Bar, and The Muse Rooftop Bar & Lounge.
Utilizing ten years of hospitality management experience, Hernandez previously held leadership positions at several prominent hotels throughout South Florida, including Biltmore Hotel, Mondrian South Beach, and The Shore Club. He studied international business at Northern State University in South Dakota.
